The Illusion of Proxy Wars
The Illusion of Proxy Wars: A Black Perspective
There were some
people who were wondering why it was that I basically went out of my way not to
say anything about Larry Ellison and Bari Weiss's connections to Zionism.
In fact, when it comes to the entire subject of Jews and white supremacy, there
are a lot of black folks, especially those who consider themselves to be
activists with connections to the Democratic Party and others who tend to get
confused on this kind of thing, and they're always ready to wag the finger at
the black media.
Well, let me go ahead and clear things up for you. White
power fights one of two ways: directly or through the use of proxies. The
Vietnam War was a proxy war between the United States and the Soviet Union. So
was the war in Afghanistan in the 1980s. The war between Iran and Iraq in the
'80s was a proxy war between the U.S. and Iran. The war in Ukraine is obviously
a proxy war between the U.S. and Russia. And the same thing goes for the war
in Gaza.
Your favorite white leftist mouthpieces are in a lather
about this because it's a power struggle between different corners of the white
power structure. And we've seen it before. We saw this in the mid-19th
century after slavery, in the early 20th century with the socialist movement,
which many black people turned to because they thought briefly that the white
socialists actually meant their color-blind rhetoric. They were disabused of
that one in due time. Then it happened again in the 1960s when black college
students and radicals went for socialism again. A lot of black women turned to
white feminism, which fractured the civil rights movement. Meanwhile,
those same white women who told black women they were being subjugated went
right back to their white men. And afterwards, affirmative action was signed
into law and white women were the main beneficiaries of it.
And of course, you got people like Bayard Rustin, the
LGBT icon, quote-unquote, whose main claim to fame was that he was pinging
around with Dr. King back in the day. But after Dr. King was assassinated, by
the 1980s, Bayard Rustin was saying that black people were no longer the
leading edge of any sort of moral discourse in the United States—it was now the
gay community. And the white media has engaged in an absolute orgy of
propaganda regarding Rustin. Everything from so-called documentaries to
so-called films, all of them trying to lionize this guy and boost his profile
and make him the face of the civil rights movement.
And it didn't matter if it was socialism versus capitalism,
if it was the Cold War, if it was LGBT issues, or the war in Gaza or anything
else. There always seem to be black people who are eager to be silly enough to
think they have a stake in these ideological proxy wars. Because no matter how
these various internal arguments turn out, in the end, the beneficiaries of
white power always, always go right back to attacking us. This is how it's
been for hundreds of years. At this late date, we ought to be smart enough. We
certainly should have seen this trick enough times that we should know what's
our business and what is not. And we should be able to recognize when someone's
trying to change the subject.
Distraction and Black Empowerment
This is why you've heard me say time and again that we do not get involved in third-party disputes because nobody else is ever getting involved in ours. Dr. King opposed the Vietnam War, but it wasn't for the reasons that the white left and the white media told you. It wasn't because he was so dewy about the fate of the South Vietnamese. As Dr. King himself explained in various lectures, speeches, and interviews, it was because he understood the Vietnam War was being used as a massive distraction from dismantling the system of white supremacy. As long as there's so much money and attention going to these wars, the white powers that be can keep from dealing with what really terrifies them: black empowerment. This is why your so-called white leftists always get so hot and bothered about being part of some anti-war coalition. And sadly, we have a lot of silly negroes helping them do this.
I'm not concerned about the war in Gaza any more than I
would be concerned about the First World War. As Dr. John Henry Clark taught
us, the wars among the Europeans during the dark ages—which for the Europeans
never ended—that was nothing more than a series of arguments amongst inbred
tribal chiefs calling themselves "kangs" about which one of them was
going to rule over the other tribal chiefs. This became the wars that the
Europeans fought amongst each other during colonialism, which also has not come
to an end, about which ones of them would control what pieces of real estate
and continents that were not even their homes. Then in the 20th century there
were two world wars which, as Dr. John Henry Clark explained, was just a couple
of arguments about which one of them was going to rule over us. The two world
wars were the colonialists turning their guns on each other because
that's what you do when you establish your power through mass slaughter,
enslavement, lies, and theft. You just keep on doing it.
Gaza is sad, but when you look at the war-ravaged landscape
there, does it really look that much different than what white power has done
to black enclaves and even majority black cities throughout gentrification,
white capital flight, and targeted racial impoverishment in the U.S.? We
haven't had any 2,000lb bombs dropped on us, but we're still the victims of
war, and it's waged against us on every front. Nobody's spoken up for us.
Nobody. The Palestinians don't have any sort of representation on the world
stage. What a surprise. Neither do we. And the perverse irony is that
we're the only ones who would have challenged the very forces that these white
leftists are complaining about. But for them, this isn't about Gaza. It never
is.
White Leftists and Anti-Black Racism
Isn't it interesting how your white leftists always seem to
have their sharpest words to say regarding the black grassroots? Gaza is
a political football for them. No different than when in the 1960s, these same
white leftists and liberals pretended to care about black liberation and
claimed that that was their opposition to the Vietnam War. It wasn't. Their
real goal, as always, was to improve their own position. And as always, when
they finish making their backroom deals with the very white rivals that they
claimed to be fighting against, they all get on code and resume attacking us.
We saw this in the 19th century. White solidarity had
fractured in the 1860s for a bit. But then, as the black townships and
prosperity began to rise, those very same white people had a backroom deal,
which would come to be called the Compromise of 1877, which ended
Reconstruction and reinstituted the vicious, violent reimposition of white
rule. The chains of chattel slavery had been broken. But new chains that were
different in form, but not in character, would take their place. And both the
so-called abolitionists and the pro-slavery faction that they claimed to be
fighting against got on code to do that against us. They worked hand in hand
together. That was what united them: anti-black racism.
Black people in the 19th century thought that these white
abolitionists were their pals. But in reality, most of those white
abolitionists were merely trying to use black people's struggle to get money
for themselves and to raise their own political profile so they could climb the
political and social ladders. That's how they operate. Find some issue or
struggle that's high-profile where people are fighting oppression, falsely
claim to be on their side, and then say that whomever your own white internal
rivals in the establishment are are the problem. This is how the various
factions inside of white power have always forced one another to sit down at
the table and hash out their differences. Then they can both go back to
attacking black people full-time, just like they were before.
You have people talking about the ADL and MAGA are getting
into it. That ain't going to last long. The ADL designates Turning Point as a
hate group and now MAGA is coming for them, right? Give it a rest. These
internet dustups don't last. These people are going to be sitting here claiming
that they don't like each other and then next week it's going to be back on the
block as if nothing had changed.
The Arab World and Islam
The Gazans don't need help from Americans. What they need
are for their own Arab brethren to come to their aid. Those guys have
more leverage in this scenario than anyone. And it's interesting that some of
you black Muslims are surprised that the Arabs you patterned yourselves after
are ignoring their fellow Muslims and allowing them to be wiped out. Yeah,
whatever happened to the so-called Ummah? You shouldn't be surprised at all,
though. Islam, like most all religions, has been used as nothing more than a
system of conquest and control. And the reality is the Arab tribal chiefs
have far more in common with their European counterparts than they ever could
with the Africans or even black people in the West. It's a disgrace and an
indictment of Islam that South Africa was the only country to speak up for
Gaza. The Arab countries had to be embarrassed into sticking up for their
fellow Arabs. Even the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank, which has a seat
in the UN, said nothing until after the South Africans did.
No matter how this matter turns out, it will not change our position. And that's what's supposed to matter to us. And these white leftists whose opinions you're so enamored with, they'll do what they've always done. Like after the fall of Saigon in '75, after the Iranian hostage crisis in '79, after the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut in '82, after the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing, the World Trade Center bombing in '93, after September 11th, the Benghazi embassy siege, and whatever you want to call this.
After September 11th, there were polls conducted to find out
who the American people hated the most. And do you know who was the most hated
in the aftermath of September 11th? Black people, not the Arabs. Even
after the nation witnessed thousands of people, mostly white people, being
wiped out in a single instant, they still said black people are the enemy.
U.S. "Ethnic Cleansing" and Medical Apartheid
Your white leftists, who some of you like to listen to, have
never respected black people. They were actually not supportive of the BLM
protest or the uprisings at all. They were in fact critical of them. Sure, they
didn't mind how those protests galvanized people to the polls in 2020. But the
same way Joe Biden didn't about-face the second he was declared the winner,
your white leftist mouthpieces also dropped the charade that they ever gave a
damn what happened to black people. They started immediately saying, "You
need to get in line and do as told." In fact, when Kamala Harris ran,
those same white leftists were right back in there telling black people in
general and black men in specific that we had to vote for Kamala and not demand
anything. Oh yeah, they're making a couple of croakings of dissent now 'cuz
they didn't get what they wanted. But the truth of the matter is they prefer
that black people not get anything at all.
Folks are being ethnically cleansed in Gaza. Wake up,
stupid. There's entire cities being ethnically cleansed in the U.S. It's
that they don't call that ethnic cleansing. They call it gentrification or
urban renewal. You have cities in the U.S. from Flint to Jackson,
Mississippi, where the water systems are being intentionally poisoned. Black
cities where black people are being intentionally poisoned. You have numerous
cities across the country where there's the deliberate intentional dumping of
toxic cancer-causing chemicals where black people live. And nobody calls that
genocide. None of your white liberals and leftists are on a crusade about that.
None of them calls that genocide or ethnic cleansing. Not one Democratic
politician has, is, or will run on a platform of stopping these genocidal acts
and punishing those responsible. And your white leftist pals, they aren't
either.
And we can't leave out the medical apartheid where
black patients are intentionally denied medical care from infants to accident
victims, which causes hundreds of thousands of black deaths annually.
Anytime the issue of healthcare in America is raised, that should be the first
thing talked about—the impact on black people, the medical apartheid. It should
be talked about the most. Instead, it's not talked about at all.
Anything you can point to in Gaza, you can point to more so
in the United States. That's why I made my now classic video, "We're All
Detroiters Now." I coined the phrase "gentrification is ethnic
cleansing, American style." And that's one of the main things that
gets me about these negroes who you see who can't wait to be part of whatever
bandwagon their white leftist pals are on at the moment. If you can't stop the
American government from ethnically cleansing multiple black cities here in the
U.S., then you're a fool if you think you can stop that same U.S. government
from doing it to one city on the other side of the world.
As always, you have people who want to deal with the
symptoms of the problem instead of dealing with the problem itself.
The True White Tie That Binds
Haven't you people who spend way too much time watching
social media, YouTube, and TikTok ever noticed that whenever black people begin
to do anything that remotely looks like having power or that we're driving the
political discourse? These same white leftists online began sounding just like
the white right. They were sympathetic to black people talking about police
violence right up until black people began staging uprisings and forcing the
thugs in blue to be held accountable. When white cops finally started getting
indicted and convicted, then all of a sudden those white leftists who were
allegedly so liberal, they fell silent, or for many of them, these guys
overnight discovered that they love the police and that they were tired of all
of this wokeness going around. And none of them ever made it a point to put the
police on the spot for anything.
I told you about Bari Weiss and how she was installed
as the head of CBS by the Ellisons. Now, of course, you notice that I didn't
mention that the Ellisons are rabid Zionists or that Bari Weiss is one, too.
Instead, I focused on her anti-black racism. You want to know why?
Because that's what's actually relevant to us. I'm not fighting anyone else's
battles because none of these other people ever lifts a finger or utters a peep
to fight ours. So, we're all on our own now. No more political charity from the
black community.
Bari Weiss is an obnoxious bigot. She's also a lesbian, too.
And yet she spent her adult life ready to bend over backwards to defend and
promote the interests of the very white right who demonizes people like her.
She tells them that she doesn't hold that against them. Why? Because Bari Weiss
understands that her position in the world isn't based on her being a woman.
It's not based on her being a lesbian either. It's not even based on her being
Jewish. She knows her position in the world is based on her being white.
And she knows that's the actual tie that binds. She and her fellow
anti-black racists on the right as well as the left are united by their
anti-black racism. Everything else is merely a proxy battle. But when the dust
settles, they know that they have to get back on code against us. And so they
do.
Their power doesn't lie in their political hobby horses like
Gaza or Vietnam or transgender bathrooms. Their power lies in the system of
goodies, giveaways, and guarantees that they get for being designated white,
and to reinforce the racial hierarchy that places black people at the bottom
and works every day to hold us there.
Black Empowerment: The Only Threat
Tell me something, to those of you who listen to or follow or God forbid are actively a party to these white leftist circles, please tell me of even one time that your white liberal leftist pals made a mission out of black empowerment. If you're looking for oppressed people to save from savage capitalism and the military-industrial complex, you don't have to go to Gaza or anywhere else. You can start right here. Leftists make a cause to live out of war, the environment, transgender, whatever. But when it comes to black people, they do a "tisk-tisk" and that's it.
When Marc Lamont Hill made his little statement at
the UN, he didn't do it for Black Americans, the group he's a part of. He did
it for foreigners. Foundational Black American empowerment is the real
threat, the only threat to white supremacy. Everyone else sold out a long
time ago and have been part of the problem. Only we are fighting to achieve the
solution. And the solution is black empowerment.
Power has been completely and thoroughly monopolized and
consolidated in white hands. And these other groups out there, especially
China, these people are not serious about dismantling white supremacy. All
they're serious about is trying to enhance their own position under it. To say
nothing of the fact that these other groups who want to be white adjacent
practice anti-black racism viciously. Black empowerment is the only
oppositional ideology to this. Your white leftist pals never want to make a
crusade out of that. You know it. In fact, they make it a point to criticize,
tear down, and malign us and the movements we begin. But some silly negroes
actually think these people are on our side because they have you on their
podcast or invite you to their speaking engagement. The only reason they do
that is so you can signal boost their agenda, which is about everyone except
us. Sure, they may let you say a word or two about black people, literally one
or two words and no more. But then after that, it's going to be a straight,
"Oh, let's cry tears for the illegal aliens or Gaza or abortions or
transgender bathrooms, etc."
So, mark my words, this Gaza thing will be resolved one way
or the other. But no matter how it ends, your white leftists will immediately
go looking for the next non-black proxy war to fight. And the people who you
thought you were being so helpful to, when their kinfolk get to the U.S., they
will be practicing the exact same anti-black racism. And they'll be locking
arms with the relatives or in some cases even the very people who are dropping
bombs on them overseas. We saw that one too after Vietnam. How many of the
Vietnamese immigrants came to the United States and were all chummy-chummy with
the very relatives or in some cases the very white soldiers who have been
burning down their villages and dropping bombs and napalm on their loved ones,
and yet they all immediately got on code against us. Muhammad Ali said no
Vietnamese ever called him [N-word]. Well, they started as soon as they got
to the U.S. because no matter who the proxy combatants of the moment may be,
there's always been a non-stop direct war against you and me. What they're
doing against us isn't a proxy battle. It's a real one, a direct battle.
And a lot of these people who you see who claim to be so
concerned and compassionate about Gaza, they talk about black people like dogs.
Maybe some people on the white left and the white right can agree when it comes
to the issue of Gaza or when it comes to the pernicious influence of the
Netanyahu regime or Israel in general. And yet, for some strange reason, the
only other thing that they can all agree on is their contempt and hatred for
black people. Black people keep conning themselves into thinking that
there's some sort of end game that will allow the status quo to change if they
follow these white leftists. And I'm telling you, they already have the status
quo they want now. The only thing they're fighting about is their place in it.
They don't want the racial pyramid to change. They never have.
Tucker Carlson went on his show when he was on Fox
and he told the governor of Texas to release a convicted murderer just to send
a message to black people. And before that, he made an entire career out of
pushing every anti-black line he could. His own producers and writers on the
show were exposed as being a bunch of mouth-frothing anti-black racists online.
And instead of Tucker Carlson condemning them, he defended them. Ah, but your
white leftist mouthpieces online, they think that that's no reason for black
people not to wrap our arms around him and give him a big sloppy kiss. Ice Cube
certainly did. Oh, he's criticizing Netanyahu, so it doesn't matter what he's
done in the past, right? That's the trick they always pull. Oh, we ought to
enter into some sort of short-term political alliance with this or that
mouth-frothing racist. Yeah, the same way black people have been foolishly
pursuing alliances with everybody else. And how's that ever turned out?
Anti-black racism is a bipartisan issue. None of
these proxy wars has ever changed that. And the same way you see these people
laughing and giggling and making anti-black jokes amongst themselves like
there's no tomorrow, you'll also see these same white leftist right in there
with them. There's an old saying that in war, truth is the first casualty. But
I would add to that that the last casualty is one's own personal illusions.
That is, assuming you live long enough to admit it.
